What does each one cost for home watch?
Jobber’s cheapest plan, Core, is $49 a month month to month or $29 paid yearly, for one user. It has no checklists; its pricing page first lists “Standardize job documentation with checklists” on Connect. So the real Jobber price for home watch is Connect:

Until October 30, 2026, Jobber is running a sale for new customers: Connect is $98 a month for the first three months, or $70 a month for the first year when paid yearly. Where Jobber is the better tool
Quotes and a client hub. Jobber sends quotes with options, and lets clients book and pay in its client hub. House Matters gives a repair one price and a note, and the owner approves it in writing.
Many kinds of work. If you also mow, clean pools or do handyman work for other clients, Jobber keeps all of it in one place, and House Matters is built around homes whose owners are away.
A long track record. Jobber’s iPhone app has about 21,300 ratings, at 4.8. Its help centre says forms, notes and attachments save on the phone with no signal and sync later.
QuickBooks. Connect and up sync with QuickBooks Online.
Where House Matters is the better tool
The checklist is the visit. Every home has its own list, seeded from a 24-point default. Each line passes or gets flagged, with a photo and the minute it was taken. A flagged line goes on the home’s list of things to fix, and the owner sees it.
The owner’s report. Tap Complete and the owner gets a link, under your business’s logo, that opens in any browser with no account. On Jobber you would build that report yourself out of forms and attachments.
The snowbird season. Pause a home when the owner arrives, and it leaves your list and your home count until the date you set.
The price. $0 to three homes, $19 after, and no charge for the people who help you. One person on Jobber Connect pays $1,188 to $1,668 a year; on House Matters, $190.
Which should you pick?
Pick Jobber if home watch is a side line next to quoted jobs, recurring lawn or pool work, or a crew you schedule every day.
